RETURNS POLICY

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult and we want to make your experience an easy one!

If for any reason your order is not what you were hoping for or your garment doesn’t fit, we are happy for you to ship it back to us for either a refund or a credit note. 

All you need to do is send us an email at sales@purolino.com.au.  Please provide your order number and details of the garment you would like to return.

Returns within 21 days will receive a full refund for the price paid, excluding return postage, as soon as we receive the garment/s. Alternatively, if requested, we will issue you a credit note towards your next purchase. 

If the return is due to an error with your order at our end, we are extremely sorry!  If there has been a manufacturing problem, we will pay for the return shipping cost as well (please include your postage receipt with your return).

All garments must not been worn, washed, altered or used and have the original tags. Items that are not in salable condition will not be refunded. 

Costa Vita Purolino is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. We therefore recommend that you return your garment/s using postage with a tracking number.
