Costa Vita Purolino Returns Policy

We understand that shopping online can be difficult and we want to make your experience as easy as we possibly can.

Returns within 21 days from the shipment date will receive a full refund for the price paid, excluding postage fees.

All item/s must be in their original condition, this means that garments must not be worn, washed, altered or used and must have the original tags still attached. Item/s that are not in salable condition will not be refunded.

Please note that Costa Vita Purolino is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. Therefore, we recommend that you return your item/s using postage with a tracking number.

Change of mind / item doesn’t fit:

If for any reason the item/s you received from us are not what you were hoping for or if your item/s do not fit right, we are happy for you to return it to us for either a refund, exchange or credit note.

In your email, please provide your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return.

Incorrect Item/s Received:

If you receive the incorrect item, we are truly sorry for our mistake!

All you need to do is send us an email at hello@costavitapurolino.com.au with your order number and details of the incorrect item received, and a member from our customer care team will get in touch with you shortly.

Please note: Due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping, simply include the postage receipt with your return. 

Faulty Returns:

We pride ourselves on our high quality handmade garments and we are truly sorry if you received an item/s that is faulty.

All you need to do is send us an email at hello@costavitapurolino.com.au with your order number and details of the faulty item received, and a member from our customer care team will get in touch with you shortly.

Please note: Due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping, simply include the postage receipt with your return. 

Sale Item Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for sale items. Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only. All you need to do is send us an email at hello@costavitapurolino.com.au with your order number, details of the sale item and whether you would prefer a store credit or exchange. A member from our customer care team will get in touch with you shortly.

Please note: We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return item arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

Any item/s that are returned for reasons outside of our return policy, it is at our sole discretion that you will incur a restock fee of 25% of the total cost of the item being returned.
