SHIPPING POLICY

DELAYS MARCH 2022

Southeast Queensland, as well as many other areas along the East Coast of Australia are currently being impacted by the devastating flood crisis. 

As a result, we are experiencing delays in customer service enquiries and deliveries. 

Please know that we are doing our best to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, however, we ask that you allow an additional 3 - 5 days for tracking details to show and orders to be dispatched. 

We appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time. 

DOMESTIC

  • All shipping costs are displayed prior to checkout completion and are based on order weight. 
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
  • We make every effort to dispatch your order the same day (if placed before 12pm) or the next business day. 
  • For click and collect orders, please keep in mind that our opening hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:30am - 4:30pm. 

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. 

  • When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. 
    We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. 
  • Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. 
  • Orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Thursday.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery does NOT include insurance.
  • Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only, shipping times may vary depending on your location and postage service circumstances. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • A flat rate fee of $27 delivery will be charged for New Zealand orders.
  • A flat rate of $35 delivery will be charged for all other International orders.
  • All International orders are delivered via Australia Post International Standard Mail and arrive in 7-14 days. 
    Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 
  • When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.
    We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. 
  • Delivery does NOT include insurance. 
  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. 
  • Please note that in accordance with Australian Export Regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “clothing”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

  • Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
